Our shipping provider is the USPS (United States Postal Service). If international, it will go through USPS and then into the hands of whaterver carrier they choose to use.  Moon Fire Studios is not accountable or liable for any damage, loss, theft, or unforeseen issue that may arrise once your package has left our hands. Please be understanding of the delays and understaffing of our shipping partners during this trying time. We supply insured tracking info when available. 

Due to the handmade and organic nature and grains of products used we do not allow returns or exchanges. Please ask for additional and close up photos of areas you would love to see more of. We are not responsible for conditions and occurances the may happen to packaged item once it has left our hands. All monitors are different and if you require different means of viewing, please, just ask!
